We had a great experience at the Night Hotel. The staff at the front desk were extremely attentive and helpful. We asked them for suggestions of places to eat, they quickly gave us a few suggestions and lead us in the right direction.

We originally booked a non-smoking room, but the room we got smelled like cigarettes. We called the front desk and they quickly changed it. However, the room appeared smaller, and it had a tiny window.

This hotel room is nice, and the location is great.

This hotel room is nice, but on the check out date, we had a quick review on the bills and paid, then took a early flight to lb airport, when we found they charged four days mini bar expense, total about usd50.00, But we really didn't use any food or brevage from Mini bar, hence we had a phonecall to the Night at the same day, they promised to check again, but still have not any feedback........

The friendliness of the Satff. This is my second time staying there and I will definitely go there again. This Hotel is so convenient to everything around Times Square and that's where I wanted to be. The Staff was so helpful and the rooms so chic for the small space. I really enjoyed my stay as you can tell.

The location is excellent - the Times Square is at hands reach. The hotel is stylish, staff friendly. We were really satisfied with our stay there.

There was little choice at breakfast. I missed normal European bread, though the hot cruasans were tasty.

Situation of hotel, just 50 m from Times Square. Helpful staff. La situación del hotel, a 50 m de Times Square. Personal eficiente.

Room housekeeping is poor, breakfast too short and bed too small. La limpieza de la habitación es mala, el desayuno escaso, y la cama muy pequeña.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully decorated with luxurious yet comfortable furnishings!! I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The Hotel is in hte center of everything, easy to get around the city!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Night.

The price... lol... but all clean Hotels in NYC are expensive... so....
