This brand new hotel has received several awards for its striking, modern, cylindrical design, which offers breathtaking views over the sea and the city of Barcelona.

The hotel is located in the Forum and CCIB area, just a few minutes away from the Mar Bella beach and the Palacio de Congresos Forum 2004. The Diagonal Mar shopping centre is also close by.

There are 168 sleek, modern rooms and 10 modish, luxurious suites. As well as stylish contemporary accommodation, the hotel boasts superb amenities and facilities. The pool and bar are now open and there are 5 new meeting rooms with state-of-the-art facilities and a capacity of 200 people. There are 2 restaurants specialising in Mediterranean and international cuisine. All older children or adults are charged EUR 48.15 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

A fixed amount of EUR 10 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The Takimori restaurant serves top international cuisine, but there is also a buffet restaurant which serves Mediterranean dishes and is ideal for families. Start your day in the best way with the Mediterranean breakfast buffet.

The lounge cafe features an outdoor terrace, the perfect place to enjoy a drink during your stay. A picnic can be provided upon request.

As we stayed for 3 nights we got upgraded to Junior Suite. They also had a breakfast offer of just 10euro each for contintental/cooked breakfast. Very good value. LIDL was but a 10 minute walk away, and the beach about 20 mins

Although it was a little out of town the Barca metro was excellent, and either a short taxi or metro to port olympic or city centre. Best metro to get was the one after the recommended one on iirc Maresme Forum, since it's just a straight(ish) road to the hotel

Hotel nearly empty so the pool was good. If the hotel was full it would be disasterously inadequate - over 100 rooms fighting for 16 sunbeds!!

Situation is not ideal but transport links OK.

Hotel pool was small and there was not enough sun beds. Also bar was poorly manned, not easy to get drinks!

as it was peak season it was nice to be in a quiet area. Only 15 mins to get into the centre of the city on the underground.Good food and reasonable price.

the bed was hard. the front of house desk procedures could of been less confusing for staff members and guests. We were also handed an incorrect bill, and were charge for the accomodation for the week again, which is very confusing as the hotel's policy insists you pay in advance???!

Nice room, good swimming pool facilities, good restaurant

Late cleaning, bad experiences both times the hotel should book a taxi; both times it did not work; both times they did not warn at all, and both times they said that this was to be expexted and that they has warned everyone. Not true.

I had booked it for 4 days but i checked out the next day. As the service was very poor as well as the location of the hotel.

A/C in the room was not working and they were not helpful about it.

neighbourhood is an "developing area" - building sites everywhere around, part of the town where you won't go for evening stroll - but the subway stop is not far, so city center is in reach
