Rent och kul stil. Känns tryggt med väktare. Lugnt på rummet trots fönster mot Gran Via. Mycket bra beläget - centralt. 1. Svårt att hitta då det har samma adress som teatern intill - speciellt på kvällen kan en skylt på långsidan mot Gran Via behövas. 2. Hotellpersonalen måste lära sig engelska. Nu kunde en hyffsat och en lite. Resten verkade inte tala många ord. 3. Sänglampan mindre bra och svårt att läsa. 4. Ingen separat lampa att tända på natten då man bara vill ha lyse på toan. 5. WiFi når inte alla rum. |

Very helpful man at front desk helped us choose & organise a day trip. Decoration of the room was fun and well designed. Location was good - 3 minutes to Plaza Espania. Sort walk to either of 2 metro stations. And the all-important air conditioning worked well! The lounge/bar seemed to close quite early. |

Good location. Bathrooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and spoke english. The bathtub drain did not work and they were not able to repair it. |

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice decorating. Small rooms. Dark restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast itself was very poor. Almost no people and still there was almost nothing left. Small and dark reception area (while you think it's big because of the pictures on the website). Airco in room sucks, no way of controlling it. |

The Hotel is in a good location, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and value for money apart from breakfast (which is a little pricey at 17 euros). The cleaning could be a little thorough.... |
