Area information

The heart of the popular district of the Macarena contains the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza. This temple is of contemporary invoice, built by Aurelio architect Go'mez Millán in 1949.

For many centuries, the Brotherhood of the Macarena resided in the adjacent Parish of San Gil. It is one of the few samples of alfonsí architecture that has been conserved in Seville, and was founded in the 13th century by the Archbishop Don Remondo.

The hotel staff was excellent!! One man at the front desk was extremely
helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great!

Had issues with the tv working... But not a big deal.

The top floor swimming pool and the location of the hotel.

Sound proof of each room needs to be improved. Especially in the bathroom, I can hear every movement from next door.

Great swimming pool. Quiet room (pay off is no view).

One receptionist was very rude and dismissive (but all the others were
wonderfully helpful).Was very grateful for the hint to grab a book
mark!!!! Lol!

The breakfast could have been hotter, but the selection was good.

The Breakfast was excellent

Staff not very forth coming, we were not told how to get into their car park, nor how to get out, a Spanish man from the bar opposite the car park called out to us and showed us how to open the security door.

wi fi was good but not free.location was good for walking into city.hotel was clean.

wi fi in room was spotty and not free.parking in hotel was limited. in our case it was full. we had to park on street and car was vandalized.no other hotels were available for our time there.

ability to park our car in the garage and able to walk to the city centre.

We had the buffet evening meal, the choice was good but the hot food was not hot and the plates were cold. Breakfast was excellent

It was too hot in the room, the air conditioning was not working nor was the telephone to call reception. They gave us another room in the middle of the night: I would have expected an apology or some way to make up for the problem.
