ロケーションは最高でした。５階だったので街の喧騒もそれほどでもなく、静かです。部屋も清潔だし、必要なものはほとんど揃っています。 この値段で朝食別というのも高いと思いました。また荷物を預かってもらうのにチャージされるのは世界中旅行していて初めてですが、バルセロナでは普通なのかしら？ |

場所は最高です。 ランブラス通りに面しているけれど、音もうるさくありません。 改装したモダンな部屋を取っていましたが、このタイプの部屋にはバスタブがないとのことで、翌日から古いオーソドックスな部屋に変えてもらいました。子供がいるとシャワーのみでは辛いです。変更後の部屋は若干古かったけど、バスルームは改装していて、掃除も行き届いて快適でした。 全体的に少しルーズな印象のホテルでした。スペインというお国柄なのでしょうか？ まず、ベビーコットをリクエストしてていて、念のため一週間前に確認のメールを送ったにも関わらず、当日「ない」とのこと。謝りもせず、ただ「今日はベビーコットはない」の繰り返し。 それから、スペインのホテルは電気ケトルがない所が多いようですが、このホテルは同じフロアに共有のケトルがある、との事だったのですが、 実際行ってみるとお湯はぬるくて、とても紅茶、コーヒーなど飲めるような環境でなかったです。子供のミルクには気持ちが悪いので、フロント横のレストランまで取りに行ってました。行けばもらえます。 |

Perfect location - very suprised that you couldnt hear any noise at all from Las Ramblas even though our window looks over the main street. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the rooms were best we had stayed at in Barcelona. Had to have room cleaned on arrival due to cockroach in our room. Staff however dealt with it immediately but suprised no discount was offered considering it was a 4 star hotel. |

central, comfortable and clean room. I feel to charge even a small cost to store luggage until you are able to depart for the airport is unreasonable. |

its central location and courtesy of saff lack of tea/coffee facilities in room - no carpeted floor - no choice of breakfast ( always the same old fare) |

The location was right in the center of all the LasRamblas activities. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and spoke English. The hotel and room was spotless and comfortable. The cost of the buffet breakfast was too expensive for the food that was offered. |
