Central location, places of interest easy to get to. Directions to hotel were good but got tricky because of road works closing off some turnings. Very nice policeman stopped all traffic for us to turn round though!!!!!! Streets very narrow (be careful of mad mopeds!!!) may be useful to know for future visitors. Had to pay for car parking away from hotel. |

It's (mostly quiet) location in the heart of the old town of Seville. Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast (though rather expensive). Problems with the key cards that were constantly demagnetized. |

The design of the hotel, it is beautiful. Extremelly hot in the hotel. Hot in room, it has air conditioning but it is noisy to have it on at night. Staff are nice but seem a bit desorganised, from cleaning staff (room not cleaned properly) to breakfast team (one day was OK but the following one guests had to clean tables before sitting down as staff was not around. |

It is a great hotel and the set in close to all the attractions in Seville. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated. |

The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. The hotel was nicely decorated but couls have been cleaner, however it was central which made it bearable. |

Being so near the centre and the computer in the room The wi fi signal was not strong enough to reach our room on the second floor. Outside the room which had an air conditioning, the hotel was too hot. |

the triple rooms on the ground floor are wonderful, the standard double rooms are rather ordinary but clean and nice. would have preferred to have a completely isolated wc and not the matte-plated glass door that doesn't close tightly |
