It had a great fitness, was close to the centre. There was no internet in the room; even when we paid for wireless internet connection (which was rather expensive), we had to go to lobby to be able to use it. |

Location Everything else: small room, no internet (9Euro/hour at a 4 star hotel?!?), small bath, the doorknobs got jammed, waited 30 min until someone came and we could use the bathroom, the pool was filthy... All-in- all, this was no 4 star hotel. 2 stars tops, and one's for the location and the fact that the bathroom is in the room. You can do better! |

The very friendly receptionist, closeness to the metro. The pool area is very dark and not inviting. |

Location was excellent. Room was good size and clean. Bathroom constantly smelt of sewage. Problems ordering room service due to language difficulties. |

Very helpful staff. 5 star hotel charging on the use of the internet with rediculous prices, should be part of the packgage. |

the staff was willing to assist when asked for informarion. the location was very desireable. the noise level in he middle of the night was very high. i believe it came from the trash dumpsters being emptied and repositioned. |
