The staffs of Moderno are very kind. The hotel is in one of the greatest location in Spain. I think it is like Omotesando of Japan.

全体に簡素で清潔。無駄を省いたサービスは評価できる。

ＰＣで日本語が閲覧できなかったので改善していただくと今後もっと日本人観光客の利用が増えると思う。旅行者には最高の立地なのでもっとその辺を宣伝するべきでは？

ガイドブックなどではシングルが７９ユーロからのホテルでした。それが３００ユーロが１４０ユーロになるので、シングルでもグレードの高い部屋がたまたま残っていたのかも、と思い予約したわけですが、正直、倍近くぼられた！と腹立たしいです。まず、最初に案内された部屋は、廊下の掲示板に表示されていない部屋番号で、やっと見つけたのは、顔が出るかでないかの小さな窓が一つあるだけのうなぎ部屋でした。たぶん、倉庫か納屋だったところを改装したのだと思います。そのため、換気がなっておらず、禁煙ルームをお願いしたのに、煙の臭いが凄かったので、交渉して変えていただきましたが、新しい部屋も、どう見ても１４８ユーロに相当するような部屋ではありませんでした。従業員の対応が、わざとらしく感じられたのも、そういう事情をごまかすためかと思うほどでした。また、朝食の開始は８時からと遅く、飛行機の時間があったので、諦めました。本当にひどいところでした。

the location and the breakfast.

the wireless internet didn't work. For four times I had to go to the reception because the key didnt't work. The desks where the computers are located were a little greasy. To the exception of one dark-haired lady at the front desk, the staff wasn't helpful nor pleasant.

Very convenient location. Perfectly in the center; 30 meters from the metro station. Good breakfast. Free internet. Good, friendly and professional staff.

Rather poor sound-proofing. Any noise/sound from corridor easily comes to the room. This is the only problem to be mentioned.

In the fisrt place i liked that it was very close to rambla, i liked that the hotel staff was always there to give us usefull advice.

Yes, there was. I would have been liked to have a refrigerator in our room. Beside this everything was excellent.
