The comfort of the room was excellent, especially the space available within the room.

The staff that did not admit that certain services, like Pay TV, were not going to be available throughout the whole stay and the black cappuccino we were served for breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was good. The staff response was also good.

I did not like the attitude shown by some of the staff - arrogant. They must remember that they are not staying there but in fact work there. I also did not like that my room was on the second floor to the rear of the hotel and quite a distance; a walk & a staircase from the lifts. Also, the facilities seemed to all be under re-construction...
