I believe the hotel overcharged me for sending postcards to the U.S. Every other hotel I stayed at charged me 78 Euros per postcard. Your hotel charged me much more. |

The pleasant decor and the situation of the hotel.The staff were very helpful.The selection at breakfast was excellent. the additional price of breakfast and having to pay for tv and radio making the overall price per night not very reasonable. Temporamental air con. |

Beautiful reception area, the room overlooked the courtyard at the back and the location in the city was good allowing us to walk everywhere. Quiet room. |

We approached the restaraunt for an after dinner drink and was told no tables available to do this even though the restaraunt was not full. We were offerred to stand at the bar, however, no chairs available, we found the staff here quite rude and so decided to eat and drink elsewhere for the week. Reception staff and in deed housekeeping were exceptionally nice, wiating staff - we wouldn't rate. As per above. |
