beautiful Spanish lobby, location convenient room small, no view from window, charged me 1 night for cancelling reservation even though I booked another night for the following day, in other words, charged my credit card for 2 nights while I stayed only 1 night at hotel |

The staff were friendly, spoke English and assisted with suggestions for dining and arranging transportation. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street and within walking distance to the major attractions, cafes and restaurants. Outstanding dinner at the rooftop terrace restaurant which has an unobstructed view of the cathedral. Lovely appointed and spacious rooms with full bathroom. |

The location in the old section of Seville was excellent for us. We could get to every place we wanted to see on foot. The remodel of the old building was beautifully done and preserved many of the old features. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit. |

roof top terrace impressive entrance and atrim but very small room,small bathroom, chipped bath asked to move was given room filled with bugs, bitten three times moved us again next day to another small room on another floor. very disappointed with the room for the price we paid. |

The helpfulness of the staff. The proximity of the hotel to all the sights we wanted to see, particularly bearing in mind that I have walking difficulties The breakfasts were expensive, but this was compensated to a degree by the fact that Cava was availble to drnk with the fresh orange juice at no extra charge |

the attitude of the duty manager was rather rude and unhelpful. There were no courtesy towards us when complaint were made, and the solution were unsatifactory. We received no apology what so ever and treated like nuisance to them. I am afraid it was not value for money, and certainly we would book with this hotel ever again. |

the hotel is in the historical center of the city!!! Just 5-min walk to any sightseeing attraction. room service was excelent though receptionints spoke bed english. we liked everything about the hotel. concerning price/quality relation - not the best. we decided that the price was so high because of its location. |
