Located on the 12th floor, and especially conceived for the most demanding guests, The Executive Floor includes 32 Double Deluxe rooms and one Junior Suite, as well as the Executive Lounge, where the personal attention and services offered are aimed to provide the feeling of a luxury small hotel. These include separate check-in/check-out, secretarial service, daily international and national press, free Internet connection and 4 gastronomic presentations a day, among others.

Surrounded by the lush gardens, The Royal Fitness & Spa wellness centre has been named as one of the Leading Spas of the World, and has a total of 5,400 m². of facilities. These include a fitness room with the highest level of technological and ergonomic machines. Furthermore, it features a Spa Area, providing a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas, sanarium, caldarium, steam baths, aromatherapy booth, ice shower, special showers and a foot bath. Meanwhile, the Hair & Body beauty area offers a wide range of innovative body treatments, such as anti-stress massage with chocolate, honey or hot chakra stones, among others.

Food & beverage

Located in the exotic gardens of the hotel and surrounded by lush vegetation, The Garden Restaurant offers a creative Mediterranean cuisine all year round. The Chef combines traditional flavours with innovative ingredients.

On the other part, the Café Polo Restaurant proposes a wide buffet with regional and international cuisine, show-kitchen made. It also offers "à la carte" and special kids menus.

the atmosfair of the hotel the staff and the food .

the one swiming pool was out of order and derty and the other had chairs to seat so we staid down in the grass.

We were upgraded and treated very nicely by the staff. The room was exchanged when we complained of a faulty noisy air conditioner.

Unfortunately there was a pool party sponsored by the hotel which lasted until two in the morning. The noise was unbearable and the next morning my wife had an important presentation. Moreover, the exterior pool was closed during our last day for repairs. We should have been warned.

Beautiful garden and very impressive interior. There is a gym, an indoor swimming pool and 3 outdoor swimming pools for relaxing. Dinner menu in the Polo restaurant was excellent.

Our Room air conditioner was not working and the room was hot. Maintenance came and fixed it but it still did not work. we had to ask to get a room changed. Showers are not very ergonomically designed. almost all the time the water leaks through the door.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious for 3 people and the bathroom was a mini suite, with seperate shower, wc and bath. Would stay there again definately.

The meals and drinks were really over priced, but then so was Barcelona in a whole.

I loved the warm outdoor pool, the indoor pools and all the different aromatherapy rooms of varied temperatures in the spa area. Concierge service was outstanding.

The room did not have a clock nor did it have a TV guide to determine which channel would offer the temperature for each day. It took a few mornings/evenings to find weather channels at specific times. One day we called the desk and they searched the Internet and called us later. We were on vacation and did not bring our computers. Staff was quite helpful and courteous...especially the concierge.

Their lobby level 'tapas' bar with some sort of Heineken beer connection was exceedingly expensive for the quality of food and service received. The bar's Barcelona Minimalist interior decor was poorly executed and unattractive. I expect services to be more dear than those outside, but I demand quality in return especially from a five star hotel.

Nice Hotel; Very kind staff; Situated in a quiet and nice area; Good SPA facilities; Copious breakfast; Nice creative cuisine.

It should have an indoor access to the SPA area because if it rains it is unconfortable to go there and get out there.
