Area information

The hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid, in the city’s political, commercial, historic and cultural centre. All of this magnificent city’s many attractions are nearby.

Puerta del Sol (1.8 km) – One of the busiest and most well known places in Madrid. The square contains the famous clock whose bells mark the traditional eating of the Twelve Grapes and the beginning of a new year.

El Palacio Real (1.5 km) – This Spanish royal palace began as a hunting pavilion and became an alternative residence of the kings of Spain until the death of Alfonso XII, who died in the palace. Francisco Franco lived in the palace after the Spanish Civil War. Since Franco's death, the palace has been used as a residence for visiting heads of state.

Museo del Prado (2.5 km) – This famous museum and art gallery houses one of the world's finest collections of European art, with works from the 14th century through to the early 19th century.

Terrible smell in the rooms (although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled terrible).

We have used the husa princesa for many years. we normally book direct with them however sometimes its cheaper to book through you.

Air conditioning was awful,room too hot as air conditioning was centrally controlled

The warmness, friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the location, general facilities, clean and ample room.

My room overlooked the main avenue and was quite noisy (difficult to rest at night). Very expensive breakfast and outrageously expensive cup of coffee in the bar (over 6 Euros !!)

Que no tenga internet wifi sin costo en las habitaciones como lo están ofreciendo muchísimos otros hoteles, porque creo que es una necesidad básica a satisfacer. Teníamos dos cuartos y cuatro portátiles eso
