The Hotel Preciados is a new concept of hotel.A four star hotel,in the cultural,commercial and business centre of Madrid.Totally covered with free Wireless connection.Own indoor parking,free safe-deposit box and free minibar.
The building that houses Hotel Preciados was built in 1881 on property owned by the Descalzas Reales, whose first owner was the Count of Romanones. Now completely refurbished, this building on the corner of Preciados and Veneras streets combines 19th-century elegance and 21st-century progress, putting the latest in design and technology to work for its guests.

Location of Hotel is excellent for exploring Madrid. Great value for money.

Very minor..........No atmosphere in the bar/cafe, but an excellent bar just across the road.

The hotel lobby was under renovation and nobody had informed us, lots of noice and mess. No apologies from the staff or offer to compensate in any way

Extremely helpful reception staff and charming bellboy who couldn't do enough for us. Good location.

Quite noisy in the early hours. However, due to the location, this was perhaps to be expected, and wouldn't put us off from staying here again.

Good, central position. Ample underground parking. Nice and clean rooms.

The valet parking: on one occasion there was a bad smell in the car when it was brought to us! You are required to leave the car key at the reception, but if you insist, you can keep it and even park the car yourself (parking is fairly accesible, no problem).

Kind staff and good location to look around the Madrid.

Aircon is not working properly. It is cooler outside the corridor than the room and very noisy when I changed the level to III. The construction was on the way when I stayed at the hotel and it is difficult to get-in and out of the main door because of it.
