the good size of the room. Of course we booked an executive suite. Unfortunately it was a cold week end in Madrid and the hotel's heating did not work. We felt very cold in the roo at night. |

Location and very good room The air conditioner was not working. I asked the front desk and the answer was that the sistem only works during summer (Madrid was hot during my stay but it was'nt summer so...). Amazing a fine hotel like this with high prices do this. |

Staff well trained and helpful No air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. Informed that ac is not available until the sumemer time. Temp in the room at night was over 28 degrees C |
