the good size of the room. Of course we booked an executive suite. Unfortunately it was a cold week end in Madrid and the hotel's heating did not work. We felt very cold in the roo at night. |

Location and very good room The air conditioner was not working. I asked the front desk and the answer was that the sistem only works during summer (Madrid was hot during my stay but it was'nt summer so...). Amazing a fine hotel like this with high prices do this. |

Suite for the same price as a normal room, and it was a real suite. Amazing room and great price value Not very friendly staff, nothing too bad tough, and quite profesionnal as well. |

Its central & safe location. Good value for money. Also, excellent breakfast is served until 11am. Staying on the first floor, (over a seperate bar) we could hear music up to 1 - 2 am approx. on Mon & Tues night, (not loud, but constant in the background) Not sure if it was from the bar next door as there was no music there when we were in for a drink around 11pm. It didn't cause us a problem, but might for some people !! |
