The staff were welcoming, friendly and very efficient. The rooms were large with good facilities. The restaurant was excellent. Perhaps plates could be warmed for the hot breakfast. Sometimes the food was cool in the serving containers and was cold by the time it was eventually eaten. |

The restaurant was very good, and with reasonable prices. Excellent range of food available at breakfast and of high quality. The decor in the hotel is modern, stylish and very pleasant. For some bizarre reason my enormous room had a fold down bed which was not as comfortable as a conventional bed. Also, it was difficult to open the window and get ventilation. My room, which was half of a suite, had a considerable amount of furniture and a low table, but nowhere to use a laptop conveniently. |

Very friendly and polite staff encountered in all our dealings with the hotel, particularly the gentleman at checkin who was a consummate professional and a most impressive ambassador for the great city of Barcelona. Was impressed with and very much appreciated receiving a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. We'll most definitely return!! Our only gripe was that we didn't have more time to stay and fully appreciate the superb amenities on offer at the hotel!! |
