Hotel is very nice, in a good location (Metro and train station a couple of hundred metres away), Rooms are nice, kept very clean. Sun terrace and small pool are a bonus. Front desk is slow. |

Good Value, Bar & Pool on Roof, Would stay again. Near Metro. A bit far from the main attractions, bar closes at 1 am. Check in was slow. |

Very close to the metro och trainstation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit boring area. The isolation between the rooms was not very good |

The breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room and I had to pay aside. Not a big problem but it's a lack of comfort |

good location and clean expohotel valencia was better .we book double room but we room was towin! |

we booked a double bed room and when we arrived there was no one available so they gave us executive one for the same price for being a 4 stars hotel the rooms weren't that good or big enough. I would say it could qualify as a 3 stars only. Also over priced |

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. As above I feel the hotel are dishonest with their marketing. The pictures featured showed only the new executive suites and this fact wasn't made clear. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to a dingy, tiny twin room that felt like we were sleeping in a corridor. Futhermore we'd booked a double and were given a twin without any offer of an apology or compensation. |
