La sua collocazione centrale e la splendida prima colazione La piscina interna non era aperta e, considerato che pioveva e faceva freddo, quella esterna era inagibile.Richieste informazioni alla recepton hanno risposto che varebbero fatto sapere qualcosa e, invece, non ci hanno mai detto nulla e neppure presentato le scuse.Per un albergo cinque stelle non mi sembra corretto. Il personale non era all'altezza. Non c'era riscaldamento,le camere erano fredde. |

unusual hotel. well placed. almost impossible to reach by car. staff exceptional. poor directions if driving, we knew hotel was next to cathedral which we could see so we parked and walked. the bus boy went to where we said the car was parked and drove it to the hotel . great service! |

We like the excellence service, attention and personal touch of hotel staff. The convenience location to key attractions such as the Cathedral, Los Reales Alcazares, tapas bars E.G. Las Escobas and traditional flamenco E.G.Casa de la Memoria are nearby. Rooms are uniquely designed. We like the buffet breakfast too. The room is so uniquely designed that we have to spent nearly half an hour to figure out the lights and various things to settle down. The central location also come with noise. |

Great location just accross Cathedral, very helpful staff, great bar on the top vith a magnificant view over Cathedral, friendly atmosophere, good breakfast, pool on the roof, everything is new and modern, room was very comfortable with great decoration. This is truly 5* hotel and it was great experience to stay in it. Eme Minimal package was really good value for money. Spa center was still closed during our visit |

The hotel is quiet, well located, the rooms are comfortable, with nice interior design, the building is great, especially the pool and the top bar The hotel has no parking and parkings nearby are expensive. |

Very centrally placed. Reception and breakfast staff extremely helpful. We liked the youthfulness and enthusiasm of the staff. Modern decor and bedroom layout. Nowhere quiet to sit, music was intrusive. Swimming pool had no shade so we did not use it. |
