The location. In my eyes the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel, the rooms we were put in over looked other rooms, the rooms where also dark. The Hotel in reality should be a 2 starat best. |

The location is brilliant - our room was well laid out and nicely furnished. Definitely best to use public transport though - Wouldn't like to have to get there in a car. Very easy to get a bus from the airport to the center €2.30 p.p and then go round the corner for a short tram ride to the cathedral €1.10. p.p. The hotel is just behind the cathedral so it is really easy. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. |

Central location, swimming pool Getting there not easy even with instructions as there were constructions works and some roads were closed. Parking fairly expensive at 20 EUR day. |

The walls of the hotel were paper thin. It seemed that we lived together in the same room with everybody. All the noises of the night and the morning were heard in our room. And last but not least, it was impossible to park our car in the hotel parking lot because they have room only for Smart-type car. So we had to park far away from the hotel and traveled with our luggage through the old streets |

The ambiance of the hotel perfectly reflects Seville in general. It is in an ideal position with The Cathedral and Alcazar right on the doorstep. Value for money hotel especially on a Sunday night. Rooftop pool most welcome at the end of a day sightseeing. |

Originality and location Despite enquiring about parking at reception, the receptionist failed to mention that a porter parks all vehicles in the extermely narrow alleyed car park. Because of this we scratched our rented car. Rooms have very little natural light |

Wonderful location, helpful staff, lovely roof top pool, comfortable bed and good facilities. The breakfast room has no windows, we would have liked breakfast on the roof terrace but it doesn't open until 11am. |

Good breakfast. Helpful front desk re restaurants and directions to tourist attractions Despite assurance that I could book garage space prior to arrival direct with hotel, they would not accept such a reservation. I had to use public facility at €17.50 per day. |

The whole experience was just as expected. Very comfortable,excellent position,clean room and bathroom and complimentary chocolates. 80 euros was expensive for the hotel car park. |

Central location The breakfast was not the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. There is a rooftop terrace with a bar that is open until 11pm, but they then spend 1 hour or more clearing up. Lots of noise!!!! The rooms were very small, again not a 4 star hotel. |

The roof terrace and location Very difficult to find when driving to the hotel. Would not recommend this. Parking very expensive. Breakfast not up to standard of other Spanish hotels we stayed in and also breakfasts are charged as an extra. |
