The hotel wanted an extra EUR 150 to keep the room on our last day, despite the fact we'd spent a considerable sum of money on the whole trip. The reception staff said they'd speak to the manager about the extra charge. When we asked again we were then told the hotel was completely full and they needed the room back by 12, which was strange as we'd been told it was very quiet. |

In alle opzichten een geweldig hotel. Het personeel, dat er in overvloed aanwezig was, streeft ernaar je het helemaal naar je zin te maken. Prijzen minibar zijn zeer hoog. Een shuttle met de Rolls Royce(half uur) naar de luchthaven blijkt goedkoper dan een fles wijn uit de minibar. |

Lage des Hotels (beeindruckender Ausblick) und Freundlichkeit des Personals Geruch nach Zigarren-/Zigarettenqualm auf den Fluren und im Nichtraucherzimmer selber - dieses sehr unangenehme Problem wurde nach diversen Reklamationen meinerseits nach vier Tagen reduziert. Weiterer Punkt: Außerdem bin ich eine andere Qualität der Zimmerreinigung bei Hotels diesem Standards gewohnt. |
