The location and view of the Alhambra I was not advised that there was an elevator to lower level street. I had to carry our suitcases ( one at a time) up many steep steps to get to main entrance and when I struggled in with the first bag was never advised there was a much easier way to access the hotel. Because of the Santa Semana processions, our taxi had to drop us fairly far from the hotel and we had to find our way . |

Bonne accueil dans un hôtel de style mozzarabe ce que l'on attend d'un tel site. La literie n'est pas assez de bonne qualité pour un hôtel de cette classe d'où une note en confort moins bonne ! |

La bellezza dell'antico edificio che ospita l'hotel, gli arredi esclusivi delle stanze e la vicinanza al centro storico. La colazione inizia tardi, alle 8.30, e non ci ha consentito di effettuarla in hotel nei due giorni di permanenza. |

Accueil très gentil. Nous avons passé une nuit sans chauffage suite à une panne. Tous les petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts. |

La ubicación del hotel y las vistas desde la habitación. La última noche de la estancia nos quedamos sin calefacción y sin agua caliente. El problema no se solucionó hasta las diez de la mañana del día siguiente. |
