Beliggenheten var god, sentralt i forhold til gamlebyen og den nyere delen. Rommene hadde en fin standard og var rene. Engelsk kompetansen var ikke god blant en del av personale. |

This hotel is in an excellent location to walk across the bridge into the city and to visit the Guggenheim Museum. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to offer any kind of assistance. There isn't any carpet so the wood floors creak and feel/sound kind of hollow with some echoing. I have to agree with another person's comment about the toilets...they are so loud when you flush that you can hear the flushing of the rooms around you! |

Excellent location, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is reasonably good. Inner rooms have a very depressing view of an industrial looking courtyard. |

General overview, it was a pleasant stay. The flushing of the toilet was inexplicably loud and furious, tremendous - I would say. Can you do something about it? |

The room was clean and location of this hotel is nice. Fair price. Garage location is a bit complicated. Also it was not easy to walk into the garage. The bar was closed on Sunday night. |

Good location. Rooms well appointed and comfortable; bathrooms great. No problems at all. Did not try breakfast as way too expensive considering all the good & comparatively reasonable options from cafes/bars nearby in Bilbao.Our children had a twin room which was a lot more spacious than our double room! Not great for disabled clients in spite of boasting disabled access etc! The wheelchair ramp was somewhat tricky, but we managed - just. |

very helpful desk staff and housekeeper, good location, hotel at low capacity but as a single traveller I was still given tiny room with lousy view. restaurant v poor for dinner and indifferent staff. |
