Restaurant had beautiful food and friendly staff Staffing level on reception was poor while the staff were excellent there was always long waitng times to see a staff member. up to 20 mins a time |

The room was very nice and spacious and the heated pool was a bonus. The hotel mainly caters for Spanish and Italian which meant that communication with catering staff was difficult and I did not think the food was great. I thought the segregation of half board, full board a bit strange. |

La decoración en general aunque se nota el paso del tiempo. No atendieron a mi petición de cama de matrimonio, el buffet es de baja calidad,cantidad y variedad,las habitaciones son amplias pero poco comodas ( tv muy antigua, sin mueble reposa maletas, en el baño no hay escobilla ni bidé). |

Muy bien el personal de buffet, muy bien la opción de poder cambiar cena por comida algunos días, instalaciones bastante cuidadas y limpias. El hotel éstá bastante retirado del Puerto del Carmen y eso tiene su lado bueno pero también es un inconveniente si no dispones de coche. La playa que hay frente al hotel no es buena y hay una cosa que me parece muy importante destacar negativamente y es el borde de la piscina que es muy peligroso y escurridizo. |

Muchas cosas: Patios interiores con vegetación y agua fluyente; atención muy correcta de "todo" el personal de servicio; SPA disponible; precios económicos en cafetería; buffet bien surtido y ordenado; habitación amplia; buena situación geográfica. Tener la habitación próxima a la discoteca. |
