The room was oke, the room service was oke, the location is oke. The internet connection with my EEE laptop was impossible. |

everything, it was fantastic!! Great location, price, and i was very happy with the room, decor and clenliness. staff were very happy and polite and will definatley book this hotel again when i return to madrid also recommend to friends and business colegues. |

Proximity to venue we were attending concert at, clean and modern room, comfortable bar, kept our luggage for safe-keeping Most hotel staff were unfriendly, restaurant was very expensive, wc in one bedroom was faulty, cold showers every day, and most of all the bed was as hard as a rock - thank god for the pillows |

the hotel staff were very helpfull as we arrived very late during they has us booked in very quickly as we had our 1 year old baby with us this was really appreacatied |

Very friendly staff and an extremely comfortable bed! The cloakroom was extremely dark with the very modern black walls and lack of lights and not practical for trying to put make up on. |

Great room of a good size to fit 2 adults and 2 kids (11 yrs and 4 yrs) - hotel staff and bar/restaurant staff very helpful and friendly - great location, and good value for money. Exceeded expectations. I would have eaten the breakfast in the hotel but 20 euros per person was a little steep. |
