Godt hotel, venligt personale og en god restaurant samt frit internet er noget jeg havde glæde af. Mit værelse var meget lydt med maget støj fra receptionsområdet. Der kan lydisoleres mkod receptionen. |

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very , very good and offered a variety of choices (hot/cold food; plentiful fruit, rolls and cereals). I did not have it included in the price of my room, although the other folks I traveled with did have it included (they did not book through Booking.Com). Location was also central to metro stops, Plaza Catalyuna, restaurants and shop Few outlet plugs in the room. If you must charge phones, ipod, etc., you need to take a multiple prong adaptor. I use a cpap and had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed in order to have enough cord available to plug into the wall; the hotel staff offered to send an extension but forgot. The dining room is small and if you had bkfast after 0900, you had to wait for a table. |

We liked all the tourist information about Barcelona provided by the hotel. The staff was very curtious and very helpful when we arrived. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped with for our needs. |

Everything we asked about was dealt with in a very nice pleasant manner. The rooms etc were very nice and comfortable. The hotel its self is located right where we needed to be an is of easy access to all the top attractions of barcelona. |
