Everything!, Did not want to leave. Staff are fantastic, price was
fantiastic and the service was fantastic. This hotel is definately
recommended and deserves another star.

To far to walk from the train station, catch a cab.

The hotel itself was stunning as was the pool area. The individual room itself was very clean and comfortable

Upon arriving at reception, the room was not available at midday, and we therefore had to wait two hours. We asked reception again whether our room was ready and they said it wasnt, so we had to take a room on the ground floor of a similar standard that was unfortunately roadside and we were exposed to traffic and roads works that were taking place outside the hotel. I

Good facilities, staff very helpful and pleasant - particularly the concierges who had good local knowledge and gave good advice. Overall cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere.

Be careful of local/national events at the time of your stay. We couldn't get a taxi for nearly two hours in the recent Euro 2008 quarter finals; very worrying if we had needed to get to the airport. Apparently, taxi drivers are reluctant to come out during the heat of the day too!

Staff was nice, room was clean, and facilities were good. By car not too far from the center and from the airport.

I couldn't use internet for an emergency during the night. The Staff did not allow me. However, they tried to help me in other ways. Parking quite expensive.

The pool and Gardens. Very freindly service at the pool bar.Balcony, but would have been nice to have a table there. Also noticed neighbouring balconies didn't have any chairs at all.

Staff were efficient, but not freindly, could be termed as challenging, although things were sorted in the end.

Ease of available transport to city centre, ie always taxi's available and close to bus stop direct to city

Many things not good about hotel mainly, staff unfriendly and did not inform us of silken club facilities as booked we had to push for everything we where entitled to. pool is very big but not enough sun loungers ie about 10% of hotle
