The staff at reception were really helpfull.
The swimming pool, isn't deep at all (something like 80cm)

very nice staff. good family accomodation (interconnecting rooms) distance from the city centre - it was much further away than we had expected based on your map. Some issues with the room - no hot water on one day (the hotel resolved this quickly), stain on the ceiling, missing tiles. Swimming pool is very small (but photo on website makes it look huge) |

Nice pool area and large shower room off the bedroom. Very clean room. We requested a bright room with a view but we received a dark room facing an internal courtyard overlooking another room. |

It was the first time we were in Barcelona and we did not have much time to "analyze" the room and the facilities. But, as long as we staid in the room, everything was great. There were also several things we didn't like it. For example, TV and DVD Player remote controls were not working because of the batteries, and there are too few TV channels. |

The pool!!! Excellent location - just away from the centre enabling us to use local shops & restaurants. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The maid kept our room very clean & tidy. Please thank them on our behalf. The air con was vital & worked well. No. Being English we would love a kettle to make tea (although we always bring one) |
