Breakfast was great ja location perfect and the room was quiet. I was amazed, suprised and disappointed, since the room we got, was double + extra bed, but I paid for the triple ordered beforehand. Not professional management. |

Room was spacious and clean. Nice touch with complimentary minerals in fridge. Breakfast very good and excellent service. Convenient car park in basement. Excellent all round. |

Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was good and wait staff were excellent. Convenient to the Metro station. Complimentary drinks in the minibar and kitchenette were nice. We opened the window one night and the stench of sewer filled the room. It was there for hours. Asked for non-smoking room but could smell the smoke from rooms next to us and in the hallway. Neighbors were loud and moving furniture above us at midnight and early morning hours on the first and second nights there. We could hear everything. The third bed was a sofa bed and too uncomfortable to sleep on and the other beds were too small. I requested an extra bed for my child online but did not receive it. We decided not to bother once there. A small breakfast or coffee available for early checkouts would have been nice. |
